Division I construction of 13 Mile Road box culvert installation is complete. Jackson Dirt Works is transitioning to open channel work and storm sewer installation along Arthur Road starting June 15, 2026. 13 Mile Road is back open to all traffic.

DRAIN CONSTRUCTION NOTICE TONKIN DRAIN

Mecosta County Drain Commissioner, Karla Miller announces start of open channel work.
Division I construction has started from the downstream extent of the drain upstream to Northland Drive. Jackson Dirt Works has initiated selective clearing work along the Tonkin Drain. Clearing work is anticipated to continue through Fall 2025.
